Adobe Acrobat Reader is the industry standard PDF reader and will allow you to open the file and input data into the fields, however you will need to purchase Acrobat Professional in order to save the information, and it's not cheap!.

We however recommend PDF 995 as the more cost effective alternative and for a fraction of the price you can get all the functionality you need to save and edit the form data.
